Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services provided by Meta Business Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Because we provide professional services rather than physical products, refunds are handled as described below. Where a signed Engagement Agreement addresses these matters, that agreement controls.

1. Nature of Our Services

We provide music release management, paid advertising management, and consulting services. Fees pay for our time, expertise, and execution. Once work has been performed, that work has value regardless of the marketing outcome, and fees for performed work are generally non-refundable.

2. Project Fees and Deposits

• Deposits reserve our time and cover initial work; they are non-refundable once work has begun.
• For fixed-scope projects, if you cancel before completion, you are responsible for fees for work performed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amount exceeding the value of work performed will be refunded.

3. Monthly Retainers

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance for that month's work.
• You may cancel an ongoing retainer with 30 days' written notice. Your retainer remains active, and fees remain due, through the end of the notice period.
• Retainer fees for a month already begun are generally non-refundable, as our capacity for that month has been reserved for you.

4. Advertising Spend

Client advertising budgets are separate from our service fees and are controlled by the Client on the Client's own accounts. Unused ad budget is not a service fee and is not subject to this policy; it remains with the advertising platform or in the Client's account.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

To cancel a service or request a refund, email Contact@metabusinessconsulting.com with your business name and engagement details. We will confirm your request and any applicable amounts in writing.

6. Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. We aim to respond to all billing questions promptly and fairly.
